Print-on-Demand Policy

Please note that all items in our store (with the exception of our candles) are printed on demand. Because these items are custom-made specifically for you at the time of order, they are considered "customised products" and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our Sizing Guide before purchase.

Damages and Issues

We want you to love your gear. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at merch.customersupport@blinkindustries.tv if the item is:

  • Defective or damaged on delivery
  • Shows poor print quality
  • Is the wrong item entirely

In these cases, we will work with our fulfillment partner to evaluate the issue and if suitable, arrange for a replacement or refund.


Returns (Candles Only)

Our candles are the only items eligible for our standard return policy. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your candle to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be offered minus the cost of shipping.

How to Start a Return:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers shipping to the European Union typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, please be advised that this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Print-on-Demand Items: As these are manufactured specifically for your order, they are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Candles: You maintain the right to cancel or return candle orders within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to our print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return (for eligible items), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
